Timefold to solve the IHTC problem
I recently attended a webinar on open source solvers organized by Optimization4All community. I asked what could the community do to help the development of these solvers. Geoffey De Smet answered that for the solver he maintains, Timefold, what helped was spreading the word: writing about its usages and experiences, good or bad.
